1. Make sure steak is 3cm thick .
2. generously salt and pepper all sides of the steak including the edges
3. Heat a Cast iron skillet on medium high heat, with a high smoking point cooking oil
4.Place the steak in the pan and cook to desire temperature, flipping half way through
5.When done let the steak rest 6 or 7 minutes before cutting
